SHELL SCHEME

Booth Size: Minimum 9 sq. meters, additional in multiples of 3 sq. meters

Standard Package Includes:

  • White wall panels & fascia with company name
  • Carpet & 1 electricity socket
  • Reception counter & 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket & 4 spotlights
  • 1 kilowatt free electricity (additional charge for more)
  • Basic cleaning and maintenance services

Booth Charges:

  • Indian Exhibitors: ₹12,000 + GST / sqm
  • INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITOR – (USD$) 350+ GST*/ per sqm

RAW SPACE

Booth Size: Minimum 18 Sq. Meter. Booths as per floor plan

Standard Package Includes:

  • Engage with artisans & visitors
  • Showcase traditional and contemporary products
  • Experience the essence of “Make in India”
  • Promote sustainable and eco-friendly innovations.
  • Celebrate regional artistry and craftsmanship.
  • Discover unique designs blending tradition and modernity.

Booth Charges:

  • Indian Exhibitors: ₹11,000 + GST / sqm
  • INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITOR – (USD$) 300+ GST*/ per sqm. (Ele. extra)

📍 Prime Location Charges

  • Corner Booth: +10%
  • 3 Side Open Booth: +12%
  • Island Booth: +15%

💳 Payment Schedule & Security Deposit

  • 50% on confirmation
  • 30% two months before the event
  • Remaining 20% 15 days before the event
  • Security Deposit: 5% of booth value or minimum ₹25,000 (whichever is higher)

Pending dues, if any, will be deducted by the organizer before refunding.

⚡ Electricity & Payment Mode

  • Electricity charges are extra as per the exhibitor’s manual
  • Payment options: Online Gateway, Cheque, RTGS/NEFT
